Once your monthly credits are used up, you can wait for the next cycle or upgrade your plan to continue generating images. If you need help upgrading, just email us at support@artup.ai.
Yes, you can cancel anytime by emailing support@artup.ai. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Images generated with a subscription are saved permanently. Images created with the free plan are stored for 7 days — be sure to download them before they expire.
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
No, unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle. We recommend using your credits within the current subscription period to maximize their value.
You can request a refund within the 3 days of your first purchase if you have not used more than 50 credits. Read our Refund Policy for more details.
